Born in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, on 8th July 1949, Shri Prakash Chand Modi Ji completed his schooling from Bhilwara and then came to Jaipur for his higher studies. His interest in project financing and company law early in his life missionized into his career as a Practicing Chartered Accountant in 1976. A man with a vision, Modi Sir has always been an awe- inspiring dignitary of CA fraternity of Rajasthan.
His long lists of achievements include Chairmanship of Central India Regional Council (CIRC) of ICAI and Ex-officio member of Jaipur Branch of ICAI. Along with holding prominent offices in the Chartered Accounting Fraternity, his contribution also extends to the Company Secretary Field. He was the man in whose guidance construction of ICSI Building in Jaipur was completed. He held the office of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer of Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) and Jaipur chapter of ICSI.
He has emphasized more on building better relations and has worked with ethics. He has been honoured for excellence in finance and business by Governor of Rajasthan, Shri Anshuman Singh.
The extraordinary and inspiring account of Modi sir is not limited to his professional life, but also extends to his social life. He also served as Former President of Rotary Club of Jaipur and honoured as Best Rotarian by the Chief Minister (CM) of Rajasthan. He has done countless efforts for ascend people of PHAGI & KARANSAR and continues to do so. He has been organising health camps, blood donation camps and distribution of amenities etc., for the necessitous. For organising these and also for providing outstanding services, he was recognised many times by various institutions viz., Rotary Club Midtown Jaipur, Swasthye Kalyan Blood Bank and Thalassemia Research Society.
A man with a golden heart, he has never allowed his age be an obstacle in fulfilling his objectives. Even today he works with same vigor and enthusiasm for the upliftment and soundness of the underprivileged. He never lets his professional commitments overshadow his responsibilities towards society.
He was awarded with ‘Service above Self’ by the Rotary Club Midtown, Jaipur for his tireless work with the club.
Though a man of very few words, he has always been a source of inspiration among his articles and Prestigious among his clients.
